VedKart Exchange Policy

At VedKart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kurta purchase. However, please note that VedKart operates a Size Exchange Only policy to maintain product quality and hygiene standards.

Size Exchange Process

Eligibility for Size Exchange

• Size exchange requests only: VedKart accepts exchanges only when you need a different size of the same garment
• Original condition required: The kurta must be in original condition with all VedKart tags and packaging intact
• Time limit: Exchange requests must be initiated within the specified timeframe from delivery date
• Same design only: Exchanges are limited to the same kurta design in a different available size

How to Request Size Exchange

1. Email us at return@vedkart.store
   • Include your VedKart order number
   • Specify the size you received and the size you need
   • Provide reason for size change
2. Wait for VedKart team response
   • Our team will verify your order details
   • We’ll confirm size availability for exchange
   • Return instructions and process will be provided
3. Return process
   • Follow the return instructions provided by VedKart team
   • Use the return shipping label/instructions provided
   • Ensure the kurta is properly packaged with all original tags

Important Exchange Terms

Timeline & Processing

• Exchange Duration: Size exchanges typically take at least 10 days from the time VedKart receives your returned item
• Processing depends on: Product verification, size availability, and logistics coordination
• Communication: VedKart will keep you updated throughout the exchange process

Shipping Responsibility

• Customer bears shipping costs: All return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Return shipping: You arrange and pay for return shipping to VedKart
• Forward shipping: VedKart will ship the exchanged size once processing is complete

Exchange Limitations

• Same garment only: Only the exact same kurta design can be exchanged in different size
• Size availability: Exchanges subject to stock availability of requested size
• One exchange per order: Each item can be exchanged only once
• No cross-category exchanges: Kurta styles cannot be exchanged for different styles

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

• Kurtas without original VedKart tags
• Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or washed
• Items returned beyond the specified timeframe
• Custom or personalized kurtas (when applicable)
• Items with signs of wear or use

Quality Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged VedKart kurta, please contact us immediately at info@vedkart.store. We’ll arrange for immediate replacement or resolution at no cost to you.

Refund Policy

• No direct refunds: VedKart does not offer monetary refunds for size-related issues
• Store credit: In exceptional circumstances where size exchange isn’t possible, store credit may be provided at VedKart management discretion
• Defective products: Full refund available for manufacturing defects or quality issues
